The child has one intuitive aim: self development
A Science Experiment Competition was held during November for Third and Fourth Class. The children were invited to submit a video showing their Science experiments. There was an impressive array of experiments and the competition was tough.
Winners were chosen from each class. Well done to everyone who took part!

Our school is beautifully situated beside Breaffy Wood, two miles east of Castlebar on the main Castlebar-Galway road. There are 415 pupils on the roll. This is a mixed school catering for pupils from infants to sixth class. We have twenty-six teachers, one SNAs, a secretary , a caretaker and a cleaner.
