Both 3rd Classes did a webinar with Teagasc on scientific facts about cows , milk and grass. A very topical topic in the news and the Cop 26 Summit . Well done !!

Today, we had lots of fun in Junior Infants B. We all participated in the Skittles rainbow experiment. We excitedly predicted the possible changes of adding water to the circle of skittles on the paper plate. Rang 2 enjoyed gymnastic sequences in their pods integrating gymnastics with arguably the Science of motion !…. …… motion is the phenomenon in which an object changes its position. Motion is mathematically described in terms of displacement, distance, velocity, acceleration, speed, and time. !!  

Ms Mahon’s First class really enjoyed their science experiments this week.
