Well done to all sixteen girls, from both sixth classes, who represented Breaffy N.S. at the central Mayo FAI Schools Primary 5’s competition in Milebush yesterday. Our two teams played a total of eleven games, even meeting each other in the semi-finals! One of our teams played a strong Ballyvary team in the final and Breaffy prevailed on a scoreline of 4 – 0. Both squads displayed great skill and determination, throughout the tournament, and their attitude was terrific all day. The teams were coached by Ms Tuohy, Mr Hennelly and Mr Duggan and we want to commend the girls for their outstanding effort. They were a credit to themselves and their school.
