Mr Duffy’s Local History Tour of Castlebar

Mr Duffy brought his 5th class on  a tour of Castlebar highlighting the history of important buildings and landmarks such as The Linnenhall , Christ Church , Church of the Holy Rosary , The statue of John the Baptist De Lá Salle, The Mall as a cricket green  & the Lord Lucan connection.   The Peace Park and famous historic graves. This was followed by some fun in the Lough Lanagh Playground  and a ‘99 in Gavin’s at The Mall!
