Our parent community has responded in great numbers with 99.6% of our parents now registered on the App for all school messages from April 1st . It will be all App Noticeboard messages going forward from that date and not texts. This will take a little while to get used to but it will be worth it to streamline our messages , reports , Tour info , absences etc .

Our school is beautifully situated beside Breaffy Wood, two miles east of Castlebar on the main Castlebar-Galway road. There are 415 pupils on the roll. This is a mixed school catering for pupils from infants to sixth class. We have twenty-six teachers, one SNAs, a secretary , a caretaker and a cleaner.
