Ms. Ring’s 1st class have been working so hard in Maths covering the topic of weight. We love to apply our learning in Maths to real life experiences! We decided that baking would be a great way to do this. Using our brilliant teamwork and Maths skills the class made very tasty buns. 1st class are on their way to being world class bakers!

Our school is beautifully situated beside Breaffy Wood, two miles east of Castlebar on the main Castlebar-Galway road. There are 415 pupils on the roll. This is a mixed school catering for pupils from infants to sixth class. We have twenty-six teachers, one SNAs, a secretary , a caretaker and a cleaner.
