The Board of Management and staff  are very proud of Oisín Tunney’s National Award and invited him to a school assembly recently .

Oisín gave a highly motivating speech to the pupils in our school.

The Irish Times  described Oisín as a ‘teak-tough defender who overcame all the odds to make a real impact for Mayo en route to a Connacht title this season. A classic, old fashioned defender, Tunney spent the entire season dispossessing some of the game’s best forwards. Oisín will  be a huge asset to Breaffy and Mayo going forward.’
