4th Class Pupils Attend Launch of National Childrens’ Choir in Dublin

Congratulations to 4th Class pupils Hanna Naoise , Maeve & Ella who represented Mayo at the launch of the NCC in the National Concert Hall.
They travelled by train and Ms Fergus &Ms Donoghue brought them to the National Art Gallery that they enjoyed not to mention lunch in Milano’s !
The pupils joined children from other schools around Ireland to sing two songs ‘Kudimama & Cantamos ‘

This year to mark the 40th anniversary of the NCC each school was asked to select 4 pictures representing 4 songs from the repertoire.

These will be included in an exhibition in the National Concert Hall in May .

Congrats to Tom O Reilly , Harry Lunn, Antoni Adams’s and Holly Lynch.

Thanks again to Ms Fergus for her leadership and extensive work with the Childrens Choir Project and to  Ms Donoghue for travelling with Ms Fergus yesterday.

The project is in both Ms Donoghue’s & Mr Hennelly’ s 4th class who work with Ms Fergus on this project .
