Our Meitheal group organised a collection of Christmas gifts boxes for children in South Africa . They learned not to put in chocolate or toy snakes for cultural understanding reasons . They are pictured here in our hall just before the boxes were collected .

Both 2nd and 3rd Classes collected hampers just before Christmas for the St Vincent de Paul . It was a student leadership / early citizenship project in Ms O Shea’s , Ms Mannion’s , Mr Duffy’s and  Ms Nestor’s classes . Well done !

Well done to our quiz teams who participated in Cumann na mBunscoil Sports Quiz in Breaffy NS Sports Hall recently . Our teams were from senior classes with one team coming third against stiff competition . The teams are pictured with Quiz Master Michael Gallagher and Sean Grealis 5th Class teacher who entered & coached the teams .
