Mr Duffy who organises the after-school golf on Wednesdays, organised a day of golf for his golfing enthusiasts in Balla Golf Course. This gives participants a great taste of a golf course and who knows there might a future Padrsig Harrington there.!

We had a great day on Friday for Cruinniú na n-Óg in our school hall. It was a welcome chance for our pupils to showcase their return to traditional music along with a percussion workshop and Ukelele. Well done to both our girls and boys Gaelic football teams who played brilliantly today. Our Boys defeated Kiltimagh in their semi- final and they will play Claremorris in the County Final. Our Girls defeated Ballaghaderreen in their semi-final and they will play Ballinrobe in their County Final. Both finals will take place next Tuesday in Bekan.
