Mr’ Shevlin’s fifth class had a fun, collaborative and creative afternoon learning how to code using the coding app PictoBlox. Mr. Hennelly’s sixth class pupils were great at sharing their knowledge of the basics. The pupils created a small game using all sorts of impressive coding. Second Class went to Turlough House today. We stopped off at Turlough Stores for some treats! A great time was had by all.

The Junior and Senior Infant classes took the train to Westport and had a lovely time in Wild West. We also had ice cream in Breaffy House after! We had a great day and thank you again to all the staff in Wild West and all staff that helped out on the day!

We recently designed and made sailboats. What impressive work from the children!  We can confirm that they all stayed afloat when tested!
